1. Online Complaint Form
The quickest method to keep track of your complaint is through the online complaint form on RBL Bank's website. You should fill in the required details, and your grievance will then be recorded. There is no need for phone calls or trips to a branch.

Customers can access complete information about their credit cards through e-Banking. Customers can view their credit card number, the last few transactions made with their card, their credit card balance, statements for the previous months, etc. Customers will need to use their e-Banking user ID and password in order to access their credit card information. Customers can also view a summary of their payment history, along with all their transactions made with their credit card.
RBL Bank credit cardholders have access to e-Banking to manage their credit card account online. The credit cards are linked to the e-Banking service, therefore users can view detailed information about their credit card including account information, transaction history, and payment history. Holders of an RBL Bank credit card can register online for the e-Banking service with their credit card details, allowing them to manage their credit card account.
RBL Bank credit cardholders can pay their bills directly online using their RBL Bank accounts linked to their credit cards. Customers who have made payments for their bills online can track both completed and outstanding payments, as well as view their complete transaction history. Paying bills online allows customers to avoid physically visiting a branch in order to pay their credit card bill on time.
