Bank of India credit cardholders can get reward points for credit card usage. For every Rs. 100 spent in a month, one point is credited to the cardholder's account. The credit card reward points can be accumulated for up to a year. The reward points can be redeemed for Rs. 1 per point and can be used to waive the renewal fee and annual fee. The balance points will be converted at the rate of Rs. 0.50 per point and credited to the cardholder's account which he can use as per his need and choice.

Yes, cardholders are offered up to two add-on cards depending on the primary card type. Add-on cards can be issued to immediate relatives of primary cardholder and the total credit limit of primary and add on card should not exceed the spending limit of primary card.
In case of the unfortunate event of card loss or misplacement, call Bank of India's 24/7 helpline as soon as possible. Your card will be blocked to prevent unauthorized usage.
The annual renewal happens automatically until the cancellation is notified 2 months prior to the card expiry. Otherwise, in case of branch billing cards, the customer has to get the credit card from the bank branch after renewal. For customers with direct billing cards, the card will be sent to the address available on the system.
The charges will be Rs. 20 at other bank ATMs and no charge will be levied for balance enquiry at BOI ATMs using Bank of India Credit Card.
