Types of Debit Cards Offered by Karnataka Bank

  1. VISA Classic Debit Card
    1. The KBL Moneyplant Visa Classic Debit Card provides you with instant access to your account and is accepted worldwide not only at ATMs but also POS terminals.
    2. This card comes with a daily cash withdrawal limit of Rs 40,000 and a POS limit of Rs 75,000. You can use this card at over 1 lakh ATMs and 10 lakh POS terminals in India.
    3. As an additional safety measure, the Classic Debit Card comes with Zero Lost Card Liability, a feature which insures the cardholder against any loss which may arise from fraudulent use of a misplaced/lost/stolen debit card.
  2. VISA International Debit Card
    1. For the jet setter, KBL introduces the VISA International Debit Card which replaces your regular ATM / debit card.
    2. Accepted worldwide, this unique card features enhanced transaction limits of Rs.60,000 for cash withdrawal and Rs.1,50,000 for POS transactions.
    3. In addition to that the card also comes with Zero Lost Card Liability which insures the cardholder against any loss arising due to unauthorized / fraudulent use of a missing, lost or stolen debit card. You can use this card at over 1.82 lakh ATMs and 10 lakh POS terminals in India.
  3. RuPay PMJDY Debit Card
    1. The RuPay PMJDY debit card is the perfect replacement for cash as it allows you to conveniently carry out transactions at all RuPay enabled POS terminals, in addition to providing you instant access to cash at Moneyplant or NFS ATMs.
    2. This card features transaction limit of Rs.25,000 for cash withdrawals and a POS limit of Rs.75,000. NPCI, in association with New India Assurance, provides the RuPay PMJDY debit card holders with insurance cover against Accidental Death or Permanent Disablement for an amount of up to Rs.1 lakh.
  4. RuPay Classic Debit Card
    1. Widely accepted at over 1 lakh ATMs and more than 10 lakh POS terminals in India, the RuPay Classic Debit Card is a great alternative for carrying cash.
    2. This card comes with a daily cash withdrawal limit of Rs 40,000 and a daily POS limit of Rs 75,000 at merchant establishments.
    3. Additionally, the card also features insurance cover against Accidental Death and Permanent Disablement, courtesy of the NPCI’s arrangement with New India Assurance.
    4. In case of any card related queries, the bank provides also runs a dedicated 24 hour emergency helpline.
  5. RuPay Kisan Debit Card

  6. RuPAY International Platinum Debit Card
    1. RuPAY International Platinum Debit Card comes with a host of benefits including complimentary access to domestic airport lounges per quarter per card in a calendar year, discount on medicine prices if purchased from Apollo Pharmacy, etc.
    2. The card is widely accepted at over 1.90 lakh ATMs and more than 12 lakh POS terminals in India including 1.66 million "RuPay" and "Discover" enabled ATMs, and 35.7 million RuPay and Discover enabled POS terminals globally. This card features high transaction limits of up to Rs.75,000 for cash withdrawals and up to Rs.2 lakh at merchant establishments.
  7. RuPay Kisan Debit Card
    1. This card can be availed of by anyone who is working as a farmer or is part of the agriculture sector and sectors similar to it. The card is widely accepted at over 1.86 lakh ATMs and more than 10 lakh POS terminals in India.
    2. This card features high transaction limits of up to Rs.25,000 for cash withdrawals and up to Rs.75,000 at merchant establishments. In association with New India Assurance, NPCI provides the RuPay Kisan Debit Card holders with insurance cover against Accidental Death or Permanent Disablement for an amount of up to Rs.1 lakh.
  8. MoneyPlant RuPay Mudhra Card
    1. The MoneyPlant RuPay Mudhra Card is issued by the Karnataka Bank to individuals having a business under the Micro Units Development and Refinance Agency Ltd. (MUDRA). Recently, the government offered loans to individuals having businesses under the Micro Units Development and Refinance Agency Ltd (MUDRA) through the Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana Scheme (PMMY).
    2. Through this scheme, entrepreneurs could avail loans for their business up to Rs.10 lakh. Once the account is opened and the loan availed, the owner of the business is granted a RuPay Mudra Card.
  9. NCMC RuPay Domestic Debit Card
    1. You can use this card as a tap and go facility and make payments in a safe and secure manner ensuring the card never leaves your hand. This card is accepted at over 2.14 lakh ATMs and more than 26 POS terminals in India.
    2. This card features high transaction limits of up to Rs.25,000 for cash withdrawals and up to Rs.75,000 at merchant establishments. However, an issuance charge and annual fee of Rs.200 for both will be applicable. In case of replacement of card, a charge of Rs.100 will be levied.
