Step 2: On the next page, you will be notified that this feature is only available for land parcels that have been bought using a registered document.

Step 3: A window for Citizen Slot Booking will appear on the screen.

Step 4: Use your mobile number, password, and captcha code to log in if you have already registered. Register if you haven't already registered as a user.

Step 5: Click on the ‘Continue’ option. Enter your personal and property information and upload the required documents on the next page.

Step 1: Visit the Dharani portal and select the ‘Apply for NALA’ or ‘Apply for NALA without Passbook’ options.

Step 2: To proceed, enter the personal and property details.

Step 3: On the online slot booking window, enter your registered mobile number and captcha code.

Step 4: Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number and click the ‘Submit’ button.

Process to Record Encumbrances

The bankers can record the encumbrances resulting from loans offered or mortgages on agricultural land through the Dharani portal. The steps to record the encumbrances are as follows:

Step 1: Visit the Dharani portal and select the ‘Bankers Portal’ option.

Step 2: Select the ‘Click Here to continue’ option on the next page.

Step 3: Enter your username and password.

Step 4: Register the encumbrances in the system after logging in. An earlier encumbrance may also be cancelled by the bankers.

Process to Cancel Booked Slot

In case the parties involved are unable to attend the meeting at the appointed time, the reserved slot may be cancelled and rescheduled. Follow the steps listed below to do this:

Step 1: Visit the Dharani Telangana portal and select the ‘Cancellation of the Slot Booked/ Slot Reschedule’ option.

Step 2: Provide information about the parties involved, the property, the booked slot, and the payment information.

Step 3: To reschedule the slot, provide information regarding the slot booking, the property, and your personal information.

Step 4: The slot will either be cancelled or rescheduled according to the option selected.

Process to Apply for Succession of Agricultural Land

If you want to apply for the succession of the agricultural land, here are the steps you must follow:

Step 1: Visit the Dharani Telangana website and select the ‘Application for Succession including Assigned Land’ option.
