How to check Assam Land Record

The process that must be followed to check the Assam land record is given below:

1. Visit the https://ilrms.assam.gov.in/.
2. The page will be displayed in the regional language of Assam. You can translate it into English.
3. Click on 'View Jamanbandi copy'
4. The next page will be displayed in the regional language of Assam. You can translate it into English.
5. Select the district, circle, and the name of the village. In case the name of your village does not appear, contact the circle office. Otherwise, once the information has been provided you can check the land records.

ILRMS Land Registration Process

One of the easiest ways to complete the ILRMS registration process is to download the Dharitree app on your mobile phone. You will have to provide the relevant details to complete the registration process. You can use your user id and password to login to the portal.

How to Check Mutation Property?

The process to check the mutation property in Assam is by simply writing a letter in a plain paper addressed to the Commissioner of Guwahati Municipal Corporation (GMC) which will go through the Deputy Commissioner of the concerned zone of GMC and pay a sum of Rs.100. You will be able to get the certificate of mutation as well if all terms and conditions are satisfied.
