Integrated Land Records Management system (ILRMS) is a portal which helps the Assam Government in maintaining all the land records in the state. The portal also ensures that Revenue Circle, Sub-registrar, Deputy Commissioners' offices and the Directorate of land Records remain interconnected with each other to allow all the process of transfer and registration of land records are done in a smooth manner.
The process that must be followed to check the Assam land record is given below:
One of the easiest ways to complete the ILRMS registration process is to download the Dharitree app on your mobile phone. You will have to provide the relevant details to complete the registration process. You can use your user id and password to login to the portal.
The process to check the mutation property in Assam is by simply writing a letter in a plain paper addressed to the Commissioner of Guwahati Municipal Corporation (GMC) which will go through the Deputy Commissioner of the concerned zone of GMC and pay a sum of Rs.100. You will be able to get the certificate of mutation as well if all terms and conditions are satisfied.
You will have to get in touch with the circle officer of your concerned zone to find the status of your mutation property. Make sure to carry all the relevant documents along with you.

The properties you will have to submit are: Lates receipt of Property tax payment Information related to Garbage Solid Waste from concerned N.G.O Related documents of the concerned parties who are willing to undergo mutation
You can obtain a duplicate mutation certificate by paying a sum of Rs.100 and writing a letter to Commissioner GMC requesting for a duplicate mutation certificate. Make sure to mention important details including the mutation case number.
