How to Check Kerala Land Records

Given below are the steps you will have to follow to check Kerala land records:

  1. Visit the E-Rekha by KLIM official website.
  2. On the top right-hand side of the page, log in to the portal by providing your email ID and password, and click on 'Sign In'. If you haven't registered before, click on 'Sign Up'.
  3. On the menu bar, click on 'File Search'.
  4. Click on either 'Old Survey Records', 'District Maps', or 'Resurvey Records'.
  5. Select your district, taluk, village, and the type of document from the drop-down menus.
  6. Enter the survey number and the block number.
  7. Click on 'Submit'.
  8. You will be able to view the preview of your document.
  9. In order to download the document, click on the 'Checkout' button.
  10. If you have logged in to the portal, you will have to verify some important details and pay the document fee to download the survey record.
  11. Once the payment has been made, you will be able to download the document and save it for future reference.
