The Bhoomi portal has proved to be a convenient mode for farmers to avail land-related documents and records over the years. The portal provides farmers services to avail important documents such as:

  • Copy of land records that a farmer could later use to apply for loans or any other purposes.
  • You can easily obtain a copy of the RTC by providing the plot number or the landowner’s name.
  • Mutation requests that farmers can use to adjust land records in case of sale or inheritance of a land.

Bhoomi Karnataka Land Registration Process

Registering land in Bangalore involves several steps. Below are the steps required to complete the registration:

Step 1: The individual must first purchase stamp paper and keep all the documents handy.

Step 2: Submit the documents to the Sub-Registrar responsible for the specific jurisdiction.

Step 3: After validating these documents, the individual must pay a fee for registering the land.
