  2. Click on 'Forgot User ID and Password'.

  4. Enter your mobile number, a One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP.

1. NEFT/RTGS: National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) allows you to transfer funds to any account within the NEFT network in India whereas RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement) allows you to transfer funds instantly. It is mainly used for transferring large amounts (minimum Rs.2 Lakh). With NEFT or RTGS, you can transfer up to Rs.50 Lakh, if you are Citigold customer and for Citibank customer it is Rs.15 Lakh 

You can easily transfer your money through NEFT/RTGS by following the given below steps:  

  1. Log in to Citibank Online and add a payee  
  1. You need to enter the payee’s bank details or IFSC code 
  1. A six-digit OTP will be sent to your registered mobile 
  1. You can enter the OTP to complete the transfer 

2. IMPS: Immediate Payment Service (IMPS) allows you to transfer funds 24/7 with the help of a registered mobile number. With IMPS you can transfer up to Rs.2 Lakh. To transfer money via IMPS you can follow the steps given below: 

  1. Sign in to Citibank Online and add a payee with their account number and IFSC code 
  1. Go to the “Banking” section and select “Transfer Funds”
